- •7-10 years of business experience within procurement or surrounding functions
- •Progressive experience in procurement processes, tools, and systems management
- •Understanding of procurement best practices and digitalization trends
- •Knowledge of procurement software and systems
- •Analytical mindset with ability to identify process improvement opportunities
- •Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- •Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills
- •Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies
- •Affinity to design processes and tools
- •Process ownership or process development experience
- •Lean Six Sigma certification (yellow/green belt or comparable)
- •Experience in different procurement functions or tools (Ivalua or similar)

- •Serve as the primary expert for procurement processes and digital tools
- •Lead the identification and implementation of process enhancements
- •Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively
- •Act as the procurement representative in digital initiatives
- •Develop and maintain documentation and process standards
- •Design and refine procurement processes and workflows
- •Conduct assessments to identify process gaps and optimization opportunities
- •Partner with teams to incorporate procurement requirements into processes
- •Establish governance frameworks and maintain process documentation
- •Represent procurement in cross-functional process development initiatives
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to design integrated procurement processes
- •Contribute to standardized procurement process design
- •Facilitate alignment and communication between procurement and other functions
- •Work with teams to enhance procurement efficiency and data quality
- •Support change management for new processes and systems
- •Collaborate with the digital transformation team on initiatives
- •Identify opportunities for digital technologies in procurement
- •Provide insights on the digital roadmap for procurement
