- •Secret security clearance
- •Bachelor's degree in IT Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or related field
- •At least 3 years of purchasing or supply chain experience
- •Understanding of supply chain management
- •Strong background in data analysis and database management
- •Familiarity with procurement regulations, FAR/DF
- •Working knowledge of hardware and software systems in government environments

- •Liaise between the government customer and procurement office
- •Review quotes, lead times, and pricing information
- •Analyze and maintain procurement and logistics data
- •Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery
- •Resolve issues regarding undelivered goods
- •Coordinate with vendors and internal engineering teams
- •Evaluate bids for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
- •Perform quantitative and qualitative procurement analysis
- •Develop dashboards and metrics to track performance
- •Manage procurement data in government-approved databases
- •Troubleshoot technical issues related to procurement tools
- •Brief leadership on acquisition trends and risks
- •Negotiate terms and pricing with equipment manufacturers
- •Ensure vendor compliance with government acquisition regulations
