Requirements
- US citizenship
- Experience utilizing GFEBS on a military installation
- Minimum three years of GFEBS experience with PPE, business intelligence, and projects
- Completion of required GFEBS training modules and possession of relevant certificates
- Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English at Level 3 or above
- Advanced knowledge of Army Maintenance Application (ArMA) and integration with GFEBS
- Experience in leading teams or training personnel in GFEBS operations
- Certification in SAP or related enterprise asset management systems
Tasks
- Serve as the lead coordinator for GFEBS Plant Maintenance activities
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and task lists
- Maintain equipment records in GFEBS
- Oversee Help Desk personnel and ensure proper training
- Coordinate with government representatives for maintenance plan approvals
- Ensure compliance with certification and documentation requirements
- Provide technical support to contractor staff on GFEBS processes
- Monitor and reconcile duplicate orders for data integrity
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and security of data in accordance with DoD policies
