Requirements
- •US citizenship
- •Experience utilizing GFEBS on a military installation
- •Minimum three years of GFEBS experience with PPE, business intelligence, and projects
- •Completion of required GFEBS training modules and possession of relevant certificates
- •Ability to understand, speak, read, and write English at Level 3 or above
- •Advanced knowledge of Army Maintenance Application (ArMA) and integration with GFEBS
- •Experience in leading teams or training personnel in GFEBS operations
- •Certification in SAP or related enterprise asset management systems

- •Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting
- •Manage preventive maintenance schedules and task lists
- •Maintain equipment records in GFEBS
- •Oversee Help Desk personnel and ensure proper training
- •Coordinate with government representatives for maintenance plan approvals
- •Ensure compliance with certification and documentation requirements
- •Provide technical support to contractor staff on GFEBS processes
- •Monitor and reconcile duplicate orders for data integrity
- •Prepare and submit required reports and documentation
- •Maintain confidentiality and security of data in accordance with DoD policies
