- Advise SSC clients on E2E process optimization
- Set up and operate Process Intelligence solutions
- Integrate and model data for Process Intelligence
- Create customized Process Intelligence dashboards with KPIs
- Develop AI-based solutions using Process Intelligence context
- Manage line or people leadership responsibilities
- Own business aspects of Process Intelligence platform or processes
