- •Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent
- •5–7 years experience in I2C, O2C, or finance
- •Experience in global, matrixed organization preferred
- •Six Sigma Green Belt or Project Management certification
- •Understanding of end‑to‑end Invoice to Cash processes
- •Experience with SAP, workflow, and digital automation
- •Analytical skills and proficiency in KPI interpretation
- •Experience in digital finance transformation projects
Education
Bachelor's degree

- •Harmonize global I2C processes in SAP S/4 Hana using AI
- •Resolve bottlenecks in billing, credit, and collections
- •Address risks and improvement opportunities in cash application
- •Define and maintain global process standards and KPIs
- •Ensure compliance and meet audit requirements
- •Apply Lean Six Sigma for digital transformation initiatives
- •Lead international projects to implement new systems
- •Manage project milestones and stakeholder communication
- •Act as the global subject matter expert for I2C
- •Provide training and support for new digital tools
- •Bridge the gap between Finance, IT, and local teams
