Requirements
- •Degree in chemistry, materials science, materials engineering, or related field
- •Strong expertise in surface analytics and contamination characterization
- •Experience with industrial cleaning processes in high-tech environments
- •Experience working with equipment manufacturers and external cleaning service providers
- •High level of teamwork, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills
- •Hands-on mentality with a confident and solution-oriented working style
- •Excellent written and spoken German and English

Tasks
- •Ensure molecular and particulate cleanliness for components in electron microscopes
- •Develop and optimize advanced wet-chemical and dry-cleaning processes
- •Qualify cleaning processes for highly sensitive surfaces
- •Implement contamination-control standards and procedures
- •Maintain contamination-control procedures with external suppliers
- •Perform surface analysis using RGA, XPS, AFM, GCMS, FTIR, SEM/EDX
- •Conduct particle counting and inspection techniques
- •Lead root-cause analyses for contamination issues
- •Drive corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers
- •Conduct supplier qualification and audits for cleanliness compliance
- •Collaborate with engineers for efficient production execution
- •Manage manufacturing and technical domains of complex modules
- •Guide suppliers to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
