- Strong expertise in surface analytics and contamination characterization
- Experience with industrial cleaning processes in high-tech environments

- Hands-on mentality with a confident and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
Tasks
- Ensure molecular and particulate cleanliness for components in electron microscopes
- Develop and optimize advanced wet-chemical and dry-cleaning processes
- Qualify cleaning processes for highly sensitive surfaces
- Implement contamination-control standards and procedures
- Maintain contamination-control procedures with external suppliers
- Perform surface analysis using RGA, XPS, AFM, GCMS, FTIR, SEM/EDX
- Conduct particle counting and inspection techniques
- Lead root-cause analyses for contamination issues
- Drive corrective actions with internal teams and suppliers
- Conduct supplier qualification and audits for cleanliness compliance
- Collaborate with engineers for efficient production execution
- Manage manufacturing and technical domains of complex modules
- Guide suppliers to ensure smooth manufacturing processes
