Requirements

  • •Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related
  • •Experience in process management or digital transformation
  • •Experience with process mining and modeling tools
  • •Understanding of BPMN and APQC standards
  • •Familiarity with automation and system integrations
  • •Experience in regulated environments (ISO 13485, FDA)
  • •Analytical mindset and strong communication skills
  • •Stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • •Fluent English language skills

Education

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

3 - 5 years

Tasks

  • •Analyze and optimize business processes using mining tools
  • •Develop innovative process solutions aligned with strategic goals
  • •Identify and implement automation and digitalization opportunities
  • •Ensure accurate process documentation and platform governance
  • •Configure process management tools to increase transparency
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate process applications
  • •Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting
  • •Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance process applications
  • •Deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget
  • •Act as the interface between business and technical teams
  • •Promote process excellence and digital transformation
  • •Facilitate workshops and trainings on process modeling tools
