Tasks

  • Manage customer service projects from end to end
  • Identify and implement process improvement potentials independently
  • Report on project status and progress
  • Create and align processes to resolve customer inquiries
  • Maintain content in the customer portal and internal systems
  • Monitor and evaluate customer service and training effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve contact center performance
  • Oversee the development of diverse training materials
  • Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and refreshers
  • Develop and update training materials continuously
  • Act as the primary contact for process and coaching questions
  • Coordinate with interfaces to document service-relevant information
  • Ensure adherence to documentation and process standards
