- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Power BI know how
- Excellent English communication skills
- C1 level German skills
- Dutch language skills as a plus
- Willingness to travel within Europe
Tasks
- Manage customer service projects from end to end
- Identify and implement process improvement potentials independently
- Report on project status and progress
- Create and align processes to resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain content in the customer portal and internal systems
- Monitor and evaluate customer service and training effectiveness
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve contact center performance
- Oversee the development of diverse training materials
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions and refreshers
- Develop and update training materials continuously
- Act as the primary contact for process and coaching questions
- Coordinate with interfaces to document service-relevant information
- Ensure adherence to documentation and process standards

- Bachelor's degreeOR
