Requirements

  • •Experience supporting privacy program execution (plus)
  • •Knowledge of GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA/CPRA
  • •Experience with PIAs/DPIAs and vendor assessments
  • •Ability to define and execute agendas
  • •Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • •Proven project management skills
  • •Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • •Proactive and collaborative team player

Tasks

  • •Support the Privacy Program Lead and legal team
  • •Execute the company’s privacy compliance program
  • •Align operations with global privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA
  • •Maintain privacy policies, standards, and internal guidelines
  • •Manage Records of Processing Activities and compliance artifacts
  • •Conduct privacy impact and data protection assessments
  • •Track regulatory developments and prepare legal summaries
  • •Integrate privacy requirements into product and engineering projects
  • •Process data subject access and deletion requests
  • •Coordinate privacy assessments for vendors and third parties
  • •Develop and deliver internal privacy training materials
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to drive practical compliance outcomes
