Privacy & Compliance Management Assistant(m/w/x)
Tracking and interpreting European/German data protection regulations for a global ICT solutions provider. 1-3 years relevant experience in privacy compliance or risk management required; Chinese and English communication skills essential. Language courses in German and Mandarin.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Information Security, Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in privacy compliance, legal affairs, risk management, corporate auditing, or EHS compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in German is a plus
- Familiarity with GDPR and other European data privacy regulations
- Knowledge of corporate compliance management, including business compliance and EHS requirements
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong logical thinking, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility
- Excellent learning ability and execution skills
- Strong teamwork and cross-department communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
Tasks
- Assist in privacy and data compliance matters
- Track and interpret European and German privacy regulations
- Assess the impact of regulations on the company
- Provide compliance recommendations
- Identify and assess compliance risks
- Develop and optimize compliance strategies
- Support internal compliance audits
- Assist in compliance assessments and record-keeping
- Support the development of compliance policies
- Optimize compliance management processes
- Organize training on privacy protection and data compliance
- Enhance employees' legal awareness and compliance consciousness
