Executing privacy compliance for proof-of-human technology, supporting legal team. 2-5 years privacy/compliance experience and global privacy law knowledge required. Work with cutting-edge privacy-preserving proof-of-human technology.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
- 2–5 years experience in privacy or compliance
- Experience supporting privacy program execution (plus)
- Knowledge of GDPR, LGPD, and CCPA/CPRA
- Experience with PIAs/DPIAs and vendor assessments
- Ability to define and execute agendas
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Proactive and collaborative team player
Tasks
- Support the Privacy Program Lead and legal team
- Execute the company’s privacy compliance program
- Align operations with global privacy laws like GDPR and CCPA
- Maintain privacy policies, standards, and internal guidelines
- Manage Records of Processing Activities and compliance artifacts
- Conduct privacy impact and data protection assessments
- Track regulatory developments and prepare legal summaries
- Integrate privacy requirements into product and engineering projects
- Process data subject access and deletion requests
- Coordinate privacy assessments for vendors and third parties
- Develop and deliver internal privacy training materials
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive practical compliance outcomes
