Principal Systems Engineer (Requirements & Defect Manager)(m/w/x)

Requirements

• 5-7 years of work experience
• Experience with software development life cycle, especially in requirements and defect management
• Excellence in requirements and task tracking tools
• Advanced communication and presentation skills
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
• Knowledge in project management methods
• Experience in stakeholder management and supplier management
• Experience in configuration management and documentation management
• Knowledge in cyber security area
• Experience in agile methods of project execution
• Experience with Automotive quality management standards
• Experience with speech recognition or related technologies is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge in Excel macros, Pivot tables and Python scripting
• Basic knowledge of information security and data privacy requirements
• Demonstrative knowledge of information security through internal training programs

• Support technical clarification of software projects
• Break down and track requirements
• Transform customer requirements into internal software requirements
• Track progress of software requirements and defects from definition to verification
• Tailor process descriptions for requirements and defect management
• Assign requirements and defects to responsible departments
• Monitor and report progress of software requirements and errors
• Ensure traceability of requirements and errors
• Support life cycle process definition
• Stay updated on technology developments
• Pre-analyze and track reported software defects
