- Optimize site commercial performance
- Liaise with Transmission System Operator
- Coordinate offshore wind farm operations
- Develop, apply, and improve operational processes
- Maximize operational value and efficiency
- Liaise with internal stakeholders
- Manage site Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment
- Manage site finances
- Report on financial performance
- Report on operational aspects
- Interface with project team during construction
- Lead wind farm handover to operations
- Manage Wikinger and Baltic Eagle O&M
- Manage Windanker operations post-construction
- Foster teamwork within the O&M team
