As a Principal Launch Manager, you will lead high-stakes launches for banks, ensuring seamless asset migrations and project execution. This role involves collaborating with senior stakeholders, driving integration efforts, and setting new standards for client communication and collaboration.

Tasks

• •Lead complex launch programs for established banks

• •Ensure meticulous planning, execution, and testing of projects
• •Create repeatable enterprise client launch experiences
• •Standardize securities integration and migration projects
• •Drive daily execution with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Compliance
• •Remove blockers and negotiate trade-offs
• •Maintain balance of scope, timeline, and risk
• •Set new standards in client collaboration and communication
• •Run steering sessions with senior stakeholders
• •Surface options with clear implications and secure decisions
• •Build trusted client relationships and foster collaboration
