Requirements

• •Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• •Ten years of quality role experience
• •Experience with quality management systems and standards
• •Background in hardware quality processes
• •Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills
• •High drive for hardware topics
• •Experience with inspection and process controls
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Ability to work independently
• •Fluency in English
• •German language skills as a plus
• •Knowledge of ECSS and NASA standards
• •Experience with root cause analysis methodologies
• •Strong project management skills

Tasks

• •Mentor the quality and product assurance team
• •Manage projects according to quality plans
• •Oversee hardware manufacturing and testing processes
• •Inspect and document all hardware deliverables
• •Track qualification progress and critical components
• •Monitor reliability and safety compliance activities
• •Supervise hardware-software integration and milestones
• •Review subcontractor data packages for compliance
• •Perform product assurance project audits
• •Interface with customers on quality updates
• •Lead non-conformance investigations and root cause analyses
• •Support certification for space-grade hardware
• •Monitor subcontractor compliance with quality requirements
• •Represent quality interests in Verification Control Boards
• •Enhance safety protocols for hardware assembly
