Requirements
- 8+ years product management experience in AdTech, e-commerce, or data-driven industries
- Proven track record delivering impactful measurement or insights products
- 5+ years experience campaign measurement and attribution (MTA, LTV, Media Mix Models, lift studies, brand impact analysis), optimization, or advertiser insights frameworks
- Experience in advertising or marketing technology environment (ideally)
- Ability to partner with engineering and data science teams
- Ability to build products leveraging data and ML
- Analytical skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Comfort with SQL and querying large datasets
- Capability to translate complex analysis into simple, actionable product experiences
Tasks
- Develop frameworks for advanced campaign measurement
- Measure awareness, loyalty, and customer lifetime value
- Translate complex data into proactive insights
- Provide contextual insights across the advertiser journey
- Integrate insights into advertiser dashboards
- Provide real-time impact statements and contextual nudges
- Provide clarity on customer mix
- Position advertising for strategic acquisition, retention, and re-engagement
- Partner with cross-functional teams
- Launch insights-driven products
- Maximize advertiser adoption, efficiency, and ROI
