Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  • Over 10 years semiconductor industry experience
  • Strong customer engagement skills
  • Enjoyment of customer interaction
  • Excellent critical thinking
  • Persuasive communication abilities
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 26262, ISO 21434
  • Understanding of transistor and digital semiconductor functionality
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and testing
  • Experience with AEC-Q100 reliability test requirements
  • Proficiency in PPAP requirements
  • Persuasive speaking and negotiation skills

Tasks

  • Drive design wins and secure new automotive business
  • Align product development with automotive reliability standards
  • Address customer inquiries regarding manufacturing and quality systems
  • Guide silicon development teams on AEC-Q100 qualification
  • Investigate and resolve non-standard customer requests
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and APQP standards
  • Lead cross-functional teams to solve technical challenges
  • Review and approve PPAP documentation
  • Communicate product changes and technical details to customers
  • Maintain trusted relationships with automotive customers and stakeholders
