Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
- Vast knowledge in relevant experience
- Strong understanding of automotive applications
- Knowledge of Electrification, Inverters, DC/DC, or Onboard Chargers
- Knowledge of Vehicle E/E architecture and ECUs
- Experience in microcontroller architectures and network interfaces
- Understanding of software for AutoSAR related applications
- Strong customer engagement and experience
- Ability to work at system-level partitioning
- Comfort working with new technology ambiguity
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Information sharing, teamwork, and striving for clarity
- Willingness to travel worldwide
Tasks

- Analyze software and hardware tradeoffs
- Drive innovative concepts that disrupt the market
- Build technical relationships with OEM architects
- Maintain relationships with leading Tier One suppliers
- Monitor market trends to predict product changes
- Track technology trends and their impacts
- Collaborate with Marketing on market requirements
- Partner with product managers and engineers
- Ensure systems meet stakeholder needs
- Define next-generation automotive systems
- Coach and develop team members
- Foster a supportive team environment
