- Contribute to strategic growth and financial performance
- Facilitate administrative, procurement, and payment processes
- Deliver projects on time, on budget, and to high quality standards
- Manage commercial, contractual, and operational risk
- Lead supplier management and payment processes
- Identify and secure new project opportunities up to £7m p.a.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of future work
- Support bids, tenders, and proposals
- Contribute to marketing and thought leadership
- Build trusted relationships with clients and partners
- Collaborate with Country Leadership, Sector Leads, and Project Management leaders
- Represent Turner & Townsend to clients
- Own project P&L and financial performance
- Develop and manage project business plans and forecasts
- Ensure strong cash flow, margin performance, and reporting
- Lead and develop high-performing project teams
- Recruit, onboard, and manage talent
- Conduct performance reviews
- Build succession plans and capability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Conduct regular audits and reviews
