Requirements
- Minimum 10 years commercial management/architecture experience in multi-national IT organization
- Extensive complex commercial modelling and financial understanding
- Executive level client-facing experience
- Experience with complex Managed Services commercial models and P&Ls
- Finance based University degree or higher
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Advanced Excel skills, Intermediate Word and PowerPoint
- Confident presenting to all organization levels
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Commercially minded, ability to multitask in pressurized environment
- Global mindset, cross-cultural awareness, comfortable in multi-cultural teams
- Highly motivated self-starter with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills (writing, listening, presentation, interpersonal, persuasion)
- Self-motivated, ability to work unsupervised and in a team
- Proactive, flexible attitude with willingness to improve skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
Tasks
- Lead commercial efforts on large, complex client opportunities
- Maximize profits and mitigate risks for client projects
- Exceed client needs and expectations
- Innovate commercial models to differentiate NTT DATA
- Assess Joint Venture, Risk/Reward, Gain Sharing, and utility-based pricing
- Translate client financial requirements into viable offerings
- Create and manage contract P&L and cashflow forecasts
- Complete asset financing requests and risk registers
- Guide the pricing team on client pricing templates
- Elevate commercial propositions in client responses and presentations
- Work with legal to mitigate commercial and legal risks
- Analyze pricing methodologies for continuous improvement
- Monitor and adhere to governance policies
- Lead commercial reviews with internal stakeholders
- Ensure commercial authorizations are documented for audit
- Advise on transactional models, cross-border taxation, logistics, and forex
- Serve as a point of contact for commercial solutions
- Meet client expectations and provide support
- Attend client meetings both onsite and remotely
- Support ad-hoc commercial matters across the business
- Collaborate with procurement and legal teams for favorable terms
- Conduct peer reviews and brainstorm alternative views
