Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Analytics, or Statistics
  • •3–5 years of experience in Pricing or Commercial Analytics
  • •Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas), Power BI (DAX), and Power Apps/Automate
  • •Strong statistical modeling expertise
  • •Knowledge of pricing frameworks and KPI monitoring
  • •Familiarity with ERP/CPQ systems
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills
  • •Clear communication skills
  • •Structured problem-solving skills
  • •Ability to thrive in an agile environment
  • •Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken

Bachelor's degree

Master's degree

3 - 5 years

Tasks

  • •Develop data-driven pricing recommendations
  • •Generate automated pricing models via the Condi Portal
  • •Collaborate with data scientists on pricing algorithms
  • •Translate statistical models into user-friendly pricing logic
  • •Work with product management on pricing recommendations
  • •Integrate product-specific rules into the pricing engine
  • •Monitor performance and accuracy of pricing recommendations
  • •Validate data sources and pricing rules regularly
  • •Identify inconsistencies and coordinate corrective actions
  • •Assess impact of pricing on sales performance and customer behavior
  • •Create insights and dashboards for pricing model improvement
