Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive pricing or remarketing in a B2B environment
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of the used car market
- Leadership experience with ability to guide and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of ownership, structure, and hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in English; German or another European language is a plus
Tasks
- Lead and develop the Pricing Team
- Define priorities and monitor KPIs
- Oversee price calculations for local vehicles
- Provide data-driven feedback for seller moderation
- Monitor supply and demand trends
- Identify risks and opportunities for pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Seller Success and Sales teams
- Translate market insights into recommendations
- Develop customer relationships through strong service
- Ensure pricing contributes to profitability
- Track and report on key metrics for improvement
