- Industry certifications relevant to our technology stack or target markets
- Experience with specific technologies in our product portfolio
- Background in customer success or professional services roles
- Technical writing experience and content creation skills
Tasks
- Translate functional and technical capabilities into business value
- Collaborate with sales team and prospects to demonstrate solutions
- Address technical requirements and design customized implementations
- Lead product discovery sessions and deliver compelling demonstrations
- Serve as a trusted technical and functional advisor
- Work with sales, product management, and business strategy teams
- Assess future prospects in business development processes
- Participate in bid management to build and write technical responses
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and gather requirements
- Scope solutions for prospective customers
- Present technical demos tailored to specific use cases
- Create technical proposals and solution architectures
- Develop implementation roadmaps for prospect environments
- Collaborate on technical sections of RFP responses
- Provide detailed technical specifications and implementation approaches
- Address complex technical questions and integration challenges
- Maintain deep knowledge of the competitive landscape
- Effectively position solutions against alternatives
- Participate in sales calls and customer meetings
- Support technical evaluations throughout the sales cycle
- Communicate customer requirements to product and engineering teams
- Influence product direction based on customer feedback
- Create technical content, case studies, and best practices
