Tasks
- •Provide technical support for hardware and software during the sales process
- •Assist in preparing and managing key tenders
- •Track product enhancements for tenders
- •Answer technical product questions for key customers and partners
- •Deliver technical training on installation and maintenance of products
- •Document product enhancements and bugs in the internal portal
- •Serve as the first point of contact for support and escalations
- •Maintain and install internal hardware and software products
- •Support escalated requests from the Area Manager Sales and partners
- •Develop audio-visual training materials for the German-speaking market
- •Install and train new hires on IT equipment according to company standards
