- Contribute to technical proposals, RFPs, and architecture diagrams
- Emphasize integration strategies and solution design
- Liaise with product, engineering, and implementation teams
- Ensure integration capabilities meet client expectations
- Articulate ROI for Agicap integration to stakeholders
- Demonstrate improvements in data accuracy and cost savings
- Stay updated on Agicap’s product roadmap and regulatory developments
- Monitor competitor offerings and market evolution
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Deliver internal training for sales and implementation teams
- Support client onboarding processes
- Gather client feedback to inform product enhancements
