  • •Studium in (Wirtschafts-) Psychologie, Soziologie, Erwachsenenbildung oder BWL mit HR-Schwerpunkt
  • •Interesse an Talentmanagement, Führung und Personalentwicklung
  • •Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere PowerPoint
