Requirements

  • Several years of experience in PR, communications, or brand marketing
  • Experience within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
  • Strong experience managing international PR agencies
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Confidence writing press-ready content
  • Comfortable owning PR strategy end-to-end
  • Ability to translate strategy into measurable brand impact
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in parallel
  • Collaborative, calm, and adaptable
  • Experience in a fast-moving scale-up environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Additional European languages desirable

Tasks

  • Lead global PR strategy and brand storytelling
  • Elevate brand awareness across all markets
  • Ensure consistent messaging and impactful stories
  • Define and track PR KPIs for impressions and reach
  • Manage international PR agencies and budgets
  • Plan and draft press releases and media kits
  • Coordinate PR activations and track results
  • Develop PR box concepts with Creative and Influencer teams
  • Maintain key company facts and press materials
  • Develop communication strategies for brand purpose campaigns
  • Ensure consistent brand tone and visual alignment
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing on B2B PR activities

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
