Requirements

  • •Deep understanding of the German energy market
  • •BSc/MSc degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or similar
  • •Fluency in German and very good command of English
  • •Strong analytical, negotiation, and strategic planning skills
  • •Proactive, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • •Initiate and lead negotiations with wholesale market participants
  • •Identify client needs and provide effective solutions in the German power market
  • •Build and maintain relationships with key market participants
  • •Develop, negotiate, and execute structured energy transactions
  • •Collaborate with the trading unit and local operations team
  • •Negotiate and close PPA transactions from renewable energy sources
  • •Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends and risks
  • •Lead negotiations for origination contracts with favorable terms
  • •Oversee credit risk and manage the origination portfolio
  • •Manage the deal approval process with internal stakeholders
  • •Ensure seamless integration of origination activities with business operations
  • •Provide regular reports on origination activities and market conditions
