Requirements

  • •PhD degree in bioinformatics, systems biology, synthetic biology, biotechnology, or related disciplines
  • •Experience in automated analysis of omics and/or imaging data
  • •Interest in digitalization of the ELM community
  • •Self-driven and hands-on personality
  • •Organization and prioritization skills
  • •Very good communication skills in English

Tasks

  • •Develop code for semantic annotated data structures
