Requirements
- •Full lawyer with relevant professional experience in private construction law
- •Strong interest in document creation and optimization
- •Experience from law firm and in-house position ideally
- •Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
- •Very good German and English skills, written and spoken
- •Proficient in MS Office applications
- •Interest in energy transition and renewable energy sector
- •Willingness to travel regularly to Berlin
- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree or relevant certification is a plus
- •Minimum 1 year of experience as Financial Analyst or Manager in Renewables Company, Utility, Consulting, Investment Banking, or similar role
- •Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite and expertise in financial modelling
- •Passion for energy transition and interest in renewable energy sector
- •Exceptional analytical skills with problem-solving mindset
- •Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
- •Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
- •Living in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany

- •Provide legal support for the acquisition, development, and construction of wind farms
- •Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, particularly in procurement, technology, and construction
- •Review and negotiate turbine purchase agreements and general contractor contracts
- •Participate in claim management processes
- •Communicate with authorities and external partners
- •Enhance and optimize internal processes and contract templates
- •Coordinate data protection and compliance issues
- •Develop and maintain complex financial models for business scenario assessments
- •Collaborate with departments to gather inputs for financial models and support project valuation
- •Manage and periodically update the portfolio financial model based on market developments
- •Analyze portfolio projects for financial performance and identify trends
- •Conduct sensitivity analyses to evaluate risks and opportunities
- •Support the creation of a business intelligence database for financial data management
- •Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- •Provide timely and accurate financial information in response to management inquiries
