- •8 years in pharmaceutical sales, market access, or key account management
- •Knowledge of Swiss healthcare, procurement, reimbursement, and regional network
- •Strong negotiation, communication, and account planning skills
- •Matrix leadership and cross-functional mindset
- •Track record in multi-stakeholder healthcare projects
- •Proficiency in German and English; French and Italian advantageous
- •Valid driver’s license and extensive travel willingness

- •Analyze account data to derive meaningful strategic actions
- •Prepare business cases to secure timely formulary inclusion

- •Co-create initiatives with accounts to optimize care pathways
- •Support evidence generation to improve patient outcomes
- •Build trustful relationships with hospital and procurement stakeholders
- •Ensure patients and HCPs have access to treatment options
