Validating energy management portfolio relevance with C&I customer insights and market intelligence. Long-term hardware, software, and digital services portfolio management experience required. 30 days vacation, flexible work schedules.
Requirements
- Master's degree in electrical engineering, business administration, digital business management, or equivalent
- Long-term experience managing diverse hardware, software, digital services portfolio
- Proven track record developing and selling digital services in B2B
- Understanding of market trends in commercial/industrial energy solutions, microgrids, energy efficiency
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute Go-to-Market strategies
- Awareness of AI/emerging technologies in energy management
- Ability to translate trends into portfolio and Go-to-Market decisions
- Experience applying AI-driven insights to portfolio strategy or Go-to-Market planning (differentiator)
- Ability to identify and pursue opportunities beyond existing portfolio
- Transforming market insights into actionable initiatives
- Proven experience working across multiple businesses/divisions
- Building bridges, driving alignment in interdisciplinary teams
- Thriving in interdisciplinary teams with global colleagues and customers
- Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments
- Bringing structure, driving clarity, moving forward proactively
- Taking initiative, contributing own ideas, putting them into practice
- Long-term experience within large corporations (plus)
- Fluent in English
- Conversational in German
- Additional languages (plus)

- Gather market and competitor intelligence
- Monitor AI and emerging technologies
- Translate trends into actionable recommendations
- Explore and pilot new business models
- Define Go-to-Market strategy for Energy Management
- Create and maintain portfolio overview
- Identify technical synergies
- Guide future portfolio developments
- Drive joint Go-to-Market initiatives
- Navigate and align stakeholders
- Build consensus in complex environments
- Develop horizontal Energy Management sales approach
- Foster collaboration across Siemens businesses
- Drive technical alignment of the portfolio
