Tasks
- Lead integration of acquired fund administration businesses into the operating model.
- Develop robust post-merger integration plans.
- Execute plans to migrate core processes to our proprietary platform.
- Conduct integration feasibility assessments with the deal team.
- Contribute due diligence insights during acquisitions.
- Collaborate with functional leads to map current processes.
- Identify process gaps with functional leads.
- Define standardized workflows for automation.
- Align integration milestones with software, AI, and capabilities.
- Manage stakeholder communications.
- Manage cultural alignment within acquired teams.
- Lead integration work streams (operations, finance, compliance, HR).
- Monitor integration progress.
- Flag integration risks.
- Implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Define and track integration success metrics.
- Drive integration of AI tools for unified reporting.
- Identify cost-saving synergies across merged entities.
- Evaluate AI solutions to streamline strategic forecasting.
- Ensure data-driven efficiency during post-merger transition.
- Translate AI-driven insights into actionable progress reports.
- Demonstrate synergy capture and integration milestones to leadership.
