Tasks

  • Ensure customer satisfaction during onboarding
  • Act as main point of contact for Account Managers post-onboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding responsibilities for enterprise and fund customers
  • Meet all onboarding deadlines
  • Execute complex post-close operations processes
  • Handle capital calls, distributions, and recurring investor reporting
  • Collaborate with module owners to improve workflows
  • Own projects to enhance quality and speed of delivery
  • Support onboarding for two fund migrations
  • Support onboarding for two new fund setups
  • Manage entity setup for funds
  • Onboard limited partners
  • Execute capital call and reporting setup
  • Familiarize with internal tools
  • Provide initial improvement suggestions for onboarding
  • Suggest improvements for migration processes

Work Experience

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree

Languages
