PLC Programmer(m/w/x)

Requirements
- Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Expert-level TwinCAT 3 mastery (ST, FBD, SFC)
- Designing reusable, modular software architectures compliant with IEC 61131-3
- Extensive knowledge of fieldbus systems (EtherCAT, Profinet, Profibus)
- Ability to integrate robot controllers (KUKA, Fanuc)
- Ability to integrate motion control systems (NC/CNC)
- Proficiency in safety PLC systems (TwinSAFE, Pilz, SICK)
- Successful hands-on commissioning (FAT/SAT, axis tuning)
- Familiarity with aerospace (Airbus OMR) automation standards
- Familiarity with automotive (VW, Stellantis) automation standards
- Knowledge of CE marking
- Knowledge of functional safety (ISO 13849)
- Structured, detail-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills
- Version control management (Git)
- International documentation management
Tasks
- Design and document Beckhoff TwinCAT 3 standard
- Create software architecture and naming conventions
- Develop reusable IEC 61131-3 library structures
- Establish TcHMI / HTML5 interface templates
- Implement alarm management and operator guidelines
- Ensure alignment with OEM-specific standards
- Develop PLC programs for Body-in-White cells
- Integrate robotics and motion control systems
- Test and commission PLC programs
- Manage EtherCAT and fieldbus configurations
- Conduct Factory and Site Acceptance Testing
- Provide on-site troubleshooting during production ramp-up
- Lead internal training sessions
- Perform structured code reviews
- Manage version control for software libraries
- Evaluate emerging TwinCAT features
- Support Global Quotation Team with technical scopes
- Estimate efforts for RFQ responses
