- •12+ years in Enterprise Architecture or CTO-level role at a major software vendor
- •Mastery of frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
- •Expert-level SQL and Python skills
- •Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks)
- •Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and legacy on-premise architectures
- •Demonstrated experience in Agentic AI, Machine Learning workflows, and process mining methodologies
- •Strong foundation in cybersecurity posture, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and SOC2/ISO compliance within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- •Strong proficiency in German
- •Retail Industry Expertise

- •Define overall architecture and cloud strategy for Celonis
- •Ensure scalability, performance, and security across global deployments
- •Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards
- •Lead Architecture Review Boards to maintain a 'Clean Core' extension of ERP systems
- •Drive enterprise modernization using capability mapping and emergent technologies
- •Design complex data pipelines and integration patterns
- •Present technical designs and value realizations to C-level executives
- •Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap
- •Resolve customer escalations by coordinating internal teams effectively
- •Align Celonis delivery with the customer's strategy and targets
- •Organize and lead customer advisory boards for industry-specific challenges
- •Mobilize and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and experts
- •Act as the primary liaison between customer technical teams and Celonis Product/Engineering
