Requirements

  • •12+ years in Enterprise Architecture or CTO-level role
  • •Mastery of frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman
  • •Expert-level SQL and Python skills
  • •Hands-on experience with Big Data technologies (Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks)
  • •Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems (SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and legacy on-premise architectures
  • •Demonstrated experience in Agentic AI, Machine Learning workflows, and process mining methodologies
  • •Strong foundation in cybersecurity posture, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and SOC2/ISO compliance within cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • •Strong proficiency in German
  • •Retail Industry Expertise

Tasks

  • •Define overall architecture and cloud strategy for Celonis
  • •Ensure scalability, performance, and security across global deployments
  • •Establish architectural principles, policies, and standards
  • •Lead Architecture Review Boards to maintain a 'Clean Core' extension of ERP systems
  • •Drive enterprise modernization using capability mapping and emergent technologies
  • •Design complex data pipelines and integration patterns
  • •Present technical designs and value realizations to C-level executives
  • •Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish the Celonis program roadmap
  • •Resolve customer escalations by orchestrating internal teams effectively
  • •Align Celonis delivery with the customer's strategy and targets
  • •Organize and lead customer advisory boards for industry-specific challenges
  • •Mobilize and lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and experts
  • •Act as the primary conduit between customer technical teams and Celonis Product/Engineering
  • •Help establish and scale a Celonis Center of Excellence, mentoring internal architects
