Requirements

  • •Comfort with Linux operating system
  • •Basic understanding of IP networking, Load Balancing, Firewalling
  • •Understanding of container orchestration via Kubernetes
  • •Experience deploying and maintaining on-premises Kubernetes
  • •Ability to deploy applications with high availability to Kubernetes
  • •Ability to debug distributed systems
  • •Familiarity with Go programming language
  • •Experience with JVM applications, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
  • •Fluency in English

Tasks

  • •Maintain and develop the on-premise Kubernetes implementation
  • •Optimize core services like Kubernetes, MongoDB, Kafka, and Elasticsearch
  • •Automate and manage configurations using Terraform, Helm, and Ansible
  • •Configure and optimize the Monitoring/Metrics infrastructure with Prometheus and Grafana
  • •Collaborate with Development teams to address software challenges
  • •Participate in the OnCall rotation
