Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting or country equivalent
- •9 or more years of experience in cost and budgeting
- •Minimum 6 years of experience
- •Background in standard costing, budget management, and capital analysis and control
- •Deep knowledge in MS Office applications and ERP systems (SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, SAP Analysis for Office)
- •Proven track record of identifying and implementing change
- •Effective communication at all levels of the organization
- •Experience in a global, diverse matrixed organization
- •Capability to execute a business case for change
- •Ability to manage indirect reporting relationships
- •Experience working with Lean concepts and tools preferred

- •Manage annual plant budget preparation
- •Provide periodic performance feedback and budget adjustments
- •Coordinate annual standard cost recalculation and variation reporting
- •Prepare recommendations for action based on cost analysis
- •Deliver accurate and timely financial data to plant and divisions
- •Conduct margin analysis and support margin improvement projects
- •Oversee inventory management and spending controls
- •Evaluate capital spending and justify CPA/CPJ requests
- •Collaborate with plant functions to analyze investments and new initiatives
- •Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and Baxter policy requirements
- •Plan, prepare, and supervise various projects
