- •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- •3–6 years manufacturing finance or controlling experience
- •Strong standard costing experience
- •Experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and inventory management
- •Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- •Familiarity with SAP and ERP systems (plus)
- •Experience in global manufacturing organization (preferred)

Tasks
- •Manage the site's Profit & Loss statement
- •Lead budgeting and forecasting activities
- •Execute month-end closing processes
- •Perform standard cost calculations and variance analysis
- •Provide operational teams with actionable financial insights
- •Evaluate CapEx projects and new business investments
- •Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal policies
- •Support annual budget-building and performance feedback
- •Implement corrective actions for financial performance
- •Collaborate on standard cost updates
- •Improve financial reporting and inventory management
