- Conduct user trainings and support internal teams
- Monitor workflows, proactively resolve delays and bottlenecks
- Onboard product data from vendors
- Design and maintain data collection tools and templates
- Coordinate and execute accurate, complete, and timely data uploads
- Define and manage automated data transformation and validation
- Ensure high data quality and optimize processes for scalability
- Collaborate with Technical Product Owner on system improvements and backlog
