Requirements

• •Willingness for occasional regional and national travel
• •5+ years physical security experience, equivalent, or 3 years corporate physical security
• •3 years of direct experience in core competencies
• •Degree in related field (desirable)
• •Ability to pass background verification and Government Security Clearance
• •Fluent German and comprehensive English language skills

Tasks

• •Direct physical security for multiple business locations
• •Track site budgets and location-specific data
• •Conduct building security risk assessments and testing
• •Manage contract guarding and watchman services
• •Implement building security operations manuals
• •Oversee electronic security systems and vendors
• •Manage security design and construction projects
• •Implement personnel protection and travel safety programs
• •Deliver security training and employee awareness programs
• •Conduct internal investigations and incident reporting
• •Support health, safety, and emergency response programs
• •Report on security strategy and performance metrics
• •Liaise with law enforcement and emergency responders
• •Improve organizational efficiency and operational compliance
• •Analyze industry trends to enhance security processes
• •Manage relationships with senior management and partners
