- Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong foundation in control theory
- Outstanding academic record
- Deep understanding of vehicle dynamics and chassis systems
- Proven expertise in modern control theory
- Experience implementing control theory on real-time embedded systems
- High proficiency in vehicle mechatronics simulation environments
- Solid knowledge of electric motor and e-motor control
- Solid knowledge of sensor fusion
- Solid knowledge of smart sensor integration in mechatronic actuators
- Strong coding skills in C/C++
- Strong coding skills in Python for algorithm development and data analysis
- Research-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently in corporate R&D environment
- Passion for future of software-defined vehicles
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Comfortable working in a global team environment
- Comfortable documenting technical research in a global team environment
- Comfortable presenting complex ideas in a global team environment
- Fluent in written and spoken German or Chinese
