As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will drive growth by crafting and executing a multi-channel acquisition strategy, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with teams to enhance workplace wellness initiatives across multiple countries.

Requirements

• •At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation
• •Management of paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta with precise tracking of CPL and ROI
• •Execution of ABM strategies and outbound campaigns to drive growth
• •Application of a data-driven mindset to decision-making and KPI tracking
• •Utilization of CRO best practices through A/B testing and landing page optimization
• •Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce
• •Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with different teams
• •Fluency in German and English for an international working environment

Tasks

• •Define and execute a multi-channel acquisition strategy

• •Create and optimize landing pages to maximize acquisition results
• •Roll out international campaigns in France, Belgium, Austria, Germany, and the US
• •Collaborate with Sales, Ops, and Product teams for an aligned funnel
• •Assimilate the mission and business objectives while understanding target personas
• •Establish a structured 6 to 12-month growth plan with quick wins
• •Launch and optimize initial paid campaigns to drive acquisition
• •Create high-performing landing pages and propose new segmentation strategies
