Requirements
- 2-4+ years hands-on e-commerce performance marketing experience
- Essential experience with TikTok Ads Manager
- Deep hands-on expertise in TikTok ad formats
- Strong understanding of brand-formance in full-funnel strategy
- Proven track record managing 6-7 digit budgets
- Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
- Passion for turning creative assets into measurable ROI
- Experience with GA4, Tableau, Clarisights, or Northbeam/TripleWhale
- Experience with TikTok Brand Lift Studies
- Experience with Post-Purchase Surveys
- Experience with incrementality testing
- Understanding of social commerce attribution complexities
- Genuine passion for the TikTok ecosystem
- Ability to stay ahead of TikTok trends/changes
- Required English fluency
- Plus: proficiency in German, French, or Polish

- Master Spark, In-Feed, and Shopping Ads

- Utilize specialized bidding strategies

- Utilize TikTok Creative Center insights
- Act as the single creative point of contact
