In this role, you will drive tenant and landlord acquisition across multiple international markets while optimizing performance marketing strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing market dynamics, running experiments, and collaborating with various teams to enhance overall performance.

Requirements

• •2–4+ years in performance marketing
• •Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads—Search, PMax, and large-scale optimizations
• •Highly analytical and detail-oriented working style
• •Excellent tracking discipline
• •Ability to identify precise causes behind performance fluctuations
• •Experience combining platform, analytics, and backend data into coherent insights
• •Excellent documentation and communication skills
• •Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to get hands-on in complex data
• •Paid Social experience

Tasks

• •Own tenant and landlord acquisition in France, Belgium, and new markets
• •Adapt strategies to market search behavior and competitive landscape
• •Manage daily pacing and budget allocation for efficiency
• •Optimize campaigns across Search, PMax, Display, and remarketing channels
• •Maintain tracking accuracy across international markets
• •Identify and investigate performance changes through root-cause analysis
• •Analyze auction dynamics, query-level trends, conversion quality, and competitive pressure
• •Validate data across platforms, analytics tools, and backend systems
• •Run structured experiments to discover repeatable growth levers
• •Document test setups, hypotheses, and learnings clearly
• •Create dashboards and reporting frameworks for international performance
• •Collaborate with Growth leadership, Product, BI, and local teams
• •Communicate performance trends and actionable recommendations clearly
