- Experience with budget management, bid optimisation, performance tracking
- Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making focus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (German, English)
- Supplementary experience with display or video advertising
- Experience with marketplace management
- Familiarity with Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) techniques
Tasks
- Manage daily Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum profitability.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research.
- Run ad copy tests.
- Analyze performance to improve profitability and ROAS.
- Collaborate with Product and Analytics teams.
- Implement advanced reporting.
- Generate actionable insights.
- Monitor industry trends.
- Test new strategies.
- Explore untapped opportunities for paid search growth.
