Requirements
- •Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
- •Confident working with performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, LTV, CTR, CR) and tools like GA4, Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution platforms
- •Strong knowledge of A/B testing, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
- •Ability to connect campaign performance to broader business goals and adjust strategy accordingly
- •Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, web, and analytics teams to align efforts and drive results
- •Ability to brief, evaluate, and iterate on ad creatives to improve performance
- •Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
Tasks
- •Own and scale paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Apple Search Ads
- •Align campaigns with business objectives and tailor them to local markets
- •Manage budgets, forecasts, and pacing to maximize return on ad spend
- •Develop and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and audience strategies
- •Analyze campaign performance using GA4, Looker, and channel dashboards
- •Turn insights into actionable recommendations
- •Collaborate with product marketing, creative, web, and local teams
- •Ensure message and funnel consistency across channels
- •Report on KPIs such as CPA, LTV, ROAS, and CR
- •Drive regular performance reviews with stakeholders
- •Transform data and insights into decisions impacting business growth
- •Solve problems through experimentation, iteration, and optimization
- •Build user-centric campaigns in collaboration with creative and marketing teams
- •Stay updated on performance trends, platform updates, and growth strategies
- •Take ownership of channels and drive them forward with autonomy
