In this role, you will take charge of tenant and landlord acquisition in the DACH region, managing campaigns and budgets while diving deep into data analysis. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve optimizing performance across various channels and running structured experiments to drive insights and improvements.

• •2–4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
• •Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads—Search & PMax
• •Strong analytical background
• •Detail-obsessed and methodical working style
• •Proven ability to identify performance changes
• •Excellent documentation habits and clarity in written communication
• •Proactive and curious mindset
• •Experience with Paid Social is a plus
• •Fluent in German and English

Tasks

• •Own tenant and landlord acquisition performance in the DACH markets
• •Manage daily budgets and pacing for efficiency
• •Optimize campaigns across Search, PMax, Display, and retargeting channels
• •Refine targeting, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies
• •Maintain high tracking hygiene across platforms and analytics tools
• •Analyze query-level trends and auction insights
• •Investigate performance anomalies with a scientific approach
• •Validate attribution and compare cross-platform data
• •Build a full-funnel understanding of user behavior and conversion quality
• •Run structured, hypothesis-driven tests aligned with team strategy
• •Document experiments clearly, including setup and learnings
• •Share insights proactively to support team scaling
• •Prepare weekly and monthly performance overviews and deep dives
• •Translate data into actionable decisions and clear recommendations
